Calm Cubs
Our signature children's session: sound, breath and grounded movement, delivered as play rather than instruction. Designed for kids who find sitting still hard.
ClassForKids · Tottenham Hale, N17
Calm Cubs and our family sessions run through ClassForKids, so blocks, siblings and term dates all work the way parents already expect. Children learn to settle their own nervous system through sound, breath and movement — skills that show up at bedtime and before tests, not just in the room.
What you can book
Our signature children's session: sound, breath and grounded movement, delivered as play rather than instruction. Designed for kids who find sitting still hard.
Parent and child in the same room, same session. The easiest introduction for a child who'd rather not go in alone.
Book a half-term block with sibling places in one basket — ClassForKids handles the registers, reminders and rollovers.
For households using the hub regularly: shared credits across parents and children, cheaper per session than individual class bookings.
How it works
Sessions are grouped by age so the pacing and language fit. Choose a single class or a full term block.
Medical notes, sensory needs and anything we should know go in the booking form. Tell us — we adapt the session rather than the child.
Unit 22, Millmead Industrial Estate, N17 9QU. Free parking on site. Parents are welcome to stay in the space for younger groups.
Every class ends with one thing to practise at home — a breath pattern, a sound, a wind-down cue. That's where the change actually happens.
Kids' classes · FAQ
A children's wellbeing class built around sound, breathwork and simple grounded movement. The aim is practical: give children a way to notice when they're wound up and a tool to bring themselves down again.
Classes are grouped by age band, generally from early primary through to pre-teen. The age range for each session is shown on ClassForKids when you book.
For younger groups, yes — and for family sound sessions parents take part. For older groups children usually settle better without an audience, but you're welcome to wait in the space.
Both. Single classes are ideal for a first try; term blocks are cheaper per session and hold your child's place, and ClassForKids manages the register automatically.
The kids' classes are sound, breath and movement only. Scans and device-based protocols are adult services, and anything involving a minor would need a parent present and clinician sign-off where relevant.
Often it suits them especially well, because the session is quiet, predictable and doesn't demand performance. Put the details in the booking notes and we'll shape the session around them.
