Wellbeing hub · Tottenham Hale, N17

The wellbeing hub North London was missing.

Most wellbeing is scattered — a gym here, a massage there, a meditation app you forgot to open. Balance Body Hub puts scanning, sound, light, compression, movement and rest in one building, and anchors all of it to your own numbers. Open 6am to 11pm, seven days.

What makes it a hub

Everything in one place — measured, not guessed.

01

One address, eight zones

Unit 22, Millmead Industrial Estate, Tottenham Hale, N17 9QU. Scanning, sound, light, compression, movement, breath, nutrition and rest all live under one roof — you don't have to assemble a wellbeing routine from five different providers.

02

Scan-led, not vibe-led

Every pathway starts with a Balance Body Scan. Vitals, body systems and voice patterns give a baseline, and every session afterwards is chosen against that baseline rather than guesswork.

03

Recovery technology, not treatments

Red light, PEMF, sequential compression, vibro-acoustic sound and neuro-stimulation. Non-invasive, repeatable, measurable — the same categories of technology elite sport uses, made accessible.

04

Corporate and benefit friendly

Wellhub (Gympass) members, corporate wellbeing programmes and team scan days are all supported, so a workplace benefit turns into something people actually use.

Who uses it

Four very different reasons to walk in.

01

People carrying stress they can't put down

Sound therapy, breath work and the PEMF chair for a nervous system stuck in fifth gear. Most guests notice sleep before anything else.

02

People in pain or in rehab

Compression, red light and PEMF layered around movement, with progress re-tested rather than assumed.

03

Performers and long-view athletes

Neuro-Performance Lab testing, recovery zones and coach-led programming for people whose output depends on how well they recover.

04

Teams and workplaces

Scan days, desk-reset sessions and corporate memberships that give HR a measurable engagement story instead of a fruit bowl.

Wellbeing hub · FAQ

Myth-busting FAQ.

What is a wellbeing hub?

+

A wellbeing hub is a single venue combining several evidence-informed wellbeing services rather than one discipline. Ours pairs diagnostics (scanning and performance testing) with recovery technology, movement and guidance, so the whole picture is handled in one place and progress can actually be tracked.

Where is the hub and how do I get there?

+

Unit 22, Millmead Industrial Estate, Tottenham Hale, N17 9QU — two Overground stops from Liverpool Street, quick from Walthamstow, Stoke Newington, Hackney and Islington, with free parking on site and the Lea Valley on the doorstep.

What are your opening hours?

+

Open 6am to 11pm, seven days a week, so early starts and post-work resets both work. Booking is through our schedule or the Balance Body Hub app.

Do I need a membership?

+

No. You can book single sessions, a 30-minute taster or a scan on its own. Memberships (Recover, Rejuvenate, Realign) exist for guests who want ongoing access, monthly scans and priority booking.

Can I use Wellhub or Gympass here?

+

Yes — Balance Body Hub is available to eligible Wellhub (Gympass) members. Search for us in your Wellhub app, or check eligibility with us first and we'll confirm which sessions your tier covers.

Is any of this medical treatment?

+

No. Everything here is wellbeing support and insight — non-invasive, non-diagnostic. It complements medical care rather than replacing it, and we'll always say so plainly.
