Ages 5–8 · 45 minutes

A playful introduction to movement, body science, breath, sound, games, creativity, and confidence.

Children move like animals, discover how their breathing works, play strategy games, explore rhythm, take part in a mini science activity, and finish with a calm-down moment.

Booking terms

Transparent terms

Booking is essential for all facilitated Zone 5 workshops, clubs, group sessions, school visits and private experiences.
Places are limited so that every participant receives a high-quality, engaging experience.
A minimum number of participants may apply to selected workshops. If this is not reached, guests are offered a transfer, credit or refund.
Children under the stated age range may not be able to join some activities due to equipment, materials or workshop complexity.
Children must be signed in and collected by an approved adult unless the session is explicitly a supervised drop-off programme.
Selected technology, electronics, STEM and creative activities include small parts and are facilitated according to the relevant age group.
Premium take-home projects, mugs, vinyl creations, advanced electronics and project packs may carry an additional materials fee.
Private group and party bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure the date.
The remaining private booking balance is due seven days before the event.
Group, school and corporate bookings are subject to agreed booking terms, invoice payment dates and applicable VAT.
Prices are subject to review and may change for special events, school-holiday programmes, premium materials or bespoke delivery.
