Guided frequency · 30 minutes

Meditation, re-imagined.

You don't have to sit cross-legged in silence to switch your nervous system down. Slip on the headset. The room dissolves. Soft light drifts across a horizon that shouldn't exist. Sound moves around your head in slow, deliberate waves. Thirty minutes later, you come back. Lighter. Clearer. Reset.

Inside the journey

Thirty minutes, three acts.

01

Arrive · minutes 0–8

You sink into a recliner. The headset settles. A slow pulse of warm amber light expands and contracts in your field of view — a visual metronome your breath naturally follows. Low binaural tones begin to loop from behind your ears, forward, then above. Shoulders drop before you notice them dropping.

02

Drift · minutes 8–22

The horizon opens. Twilight water. A slow-moving canopy of stars. Frequencies layer — 432Hz strings, 528Hz voice, deep sub-bass you feel more than hear. Your thinking mind loses interest and lets go. Heart rate slows. HRV climbs. This is the parasympathetic switch we're chasing.

03

Return · minutes 22–30

The soundscape thins. Light softens back toward warm. A single guiding tone brings you gently forward. You lift the headset. The room is still the room — but louder, sharper, more yours. Most guests describe it as 'the deepest twenty minutes of sleep I didn't take'.

Why it works when meditation didn't

The nervous-system shortcut.

Visual capture

Immersive visuals occupy the mind's default network so you can't spiral into a to-do list. There's nowhere for thought to hide.

Spatial sound

Sound moving in 360° around your head cues the vestibular system to relax — the same reflex triggered by rocking a baby.

Frequency entrainment

Layered tones nudge brainwaves toward alpha and theta — the states meditation takes months to reach, in minutes.

Your first drift

Give us thirty minutes. We'll give you back the rest of your day.

Sound Journey · FAQ

Myth-busting FAQ.

Do I need to meditate already?

+

No — that's the point. VR Sound Journey does the nervous-system work for you. If sitting still and 'clearing your mind' has never worked, this is the shortcut.

Will I get motion sick in the headset?

+

Almost never. The visuals are slow, ambient and horizon-anchored — the opposite of a fast-moving game. Guests routinely fall into a near-sleep state, not vertigo.

Is this just relaxation, or does it actually do something?

+

Both. Immersive audio-visual entrainment measurably shifts brainwaves toward alpha/theta states and lifts HRV — the same markers meditation improves, reached in minutes rather than months.

Can I wear the headset with glasses?

+

Yes. The unit accommodates most prescription glasses, and we offer contact-friendly lens spacers on request.

How is this different from a normal meditation app?

+

Apps rely on your attention. VR removes the option to scroll, drift or open another tab — the visuals occupy your default-mode network, so your mind can't wander back to the to-do list.

How often should I book?

+

Weekly is the sweet spot for a sustained nervous-system reset. Members typically stack it with sound bath or PEMF for a deeper drop.
