Longevity kitchen · Tottenham Hale

Every meal and drink at Balance Body Hub is powered by nootropics.

Not a decorated matcha and a superfood label. A full food and beverage range built around NAD+ precursors, functional mushrooms, adaptogens and sirtuin-activating polyphenols — served in a studio where you can also measure the pathway they act on. Pair the menu with the Realign membership's DNA and epigenetic age panel and you have the longevity loop, closed.

What's actually in the glass

Four ingredient classes. Everywhere on the menu.

NAD+ precursors

Nicotinamide riboside and nicotinamide mononucleotide feed the coenzyme that powers cellular energy and sirtuin activity — the pathway epigenetic-age research keeps circling back to.

Functional mushrooms

Lion's mane for nerve growth factor, reishi for parasympathetic tone, cordyceps for oxygen efficiency. Not folklore — clinically studied compounds.

Adaptogens

Ashwagandha, rhodiola, holy basil. HPA-axis modulators that soften cortisol without flattening drive.

Polyphenols & sirtuin activators

Resveratrol, apigenin, quercetin, EGCG. The molecules that keep showing up in longevity trials.

The menu

Every plate, every pour.

A rotating range built on real doses of studied compounds. Seasonal, plant-forward, and — where relevant — grass-fed and line-caught.

Elixirs & Tonics

  • NAD+ Reset Elixir

Nicotinamide riboside, apigenin, resveratrol, cold-pressed pomegranate. The mitochondrial starter.

  • Lion's Mane Latte

Functional mushroom + oat milk + Ceylon cinnamon. Nerve growth factor with a foam on top.

  • Adaptogen Cacao

Ashwagandha, reishi, raw cacao, coconut cream. Cortisol softens; focus stays.

  • Kangen Alkaline Water

Molecular hydrogen-rich, pH 8.5–9.5, poured from the LeveLuk K8. The cleanest base for every nootropic on the list.

Cold-Press Juices

  • Longevity Green

Celery, cucumber, spirulina, ginger, lime. Chlorophyll-heavy, sirtuin-friendly.

  • Beet · Nitrate Boost

Beetroot, tart cherry, black pepper. Nitric-oxide bump before a walk or PT session.

  • Turmeric · CoQ10 Shot

Turmeric root, black pepper, ubiquinol. Anti-inflammatory heavyweight in 60 ml.

Bowls & Plates

  • Wild Salmon · Omega Bowl

Line-caught salmon, sea vegetables, avocado, black rice. DHA-forward brain food.

  • Adaptogen Buddha Bowl

Roasted roots, tempeh, tahini-miso, ashwagandha dressing. Full spectrum, plant-based.

  • Mitochondria Plate

Grass-fed steak, sauerkraut, purple sweet potato, olive oil. Iron, CoQ10, polyphenols.

Sweet & Snack

  • Cacao · Reishi Truffles

Raw cacao, reishi extract, medjool date. Dessert that behaves like a supplement.

  • Blueberry · Collagen Yogurt

Wild blueberries, coconut yogurt, marine collagen. Skin, joints, gut — one bowl.

The measurement layer

Nutrition you can measure.

A nootropic menu is only interesting if you can see it working. Realign — our top-tier membership at £549/month — includes a DNA panel and an epigenetic age test at baseline, with a re-test six months in. The number moves. Or it doesn't. Either way, you know.

Join Realign · £549/month
Step 01

Cheek swab, done in-studio

A five-minute non-invasive DNA sample taken privately in your first Realign consult.

Step 02

DNA + methylation panel

Your genetic profile, plus the DNA-methylation markers used to estimate biological age.

Step 03

Report with your clinician

A 45-minute walkthrough: what your biological age is today, which pathways are pulling it up or down, and where the menu and protocols fit.

Step 04

Re-test at 6 months

One follow-up panel included on Realign — because a longevity intervention you can't measure isn't really an intervention.

What's inside Realign

The full longevity stack.

  • Quarterly clinician consult
  • DNA & epigenetic age panel + 6-month re-test
  • Personalised Nutrition consult with menu tailoring
  • Unlimited experiences including PEMF, Pulsio, VR Sound

Nootropics & Biological Age · FAQ

Myth-busting FAQ.

Are the drinks and food actually nootropic — or is that marketing?

+

Every recipe includes at least one clinically studied nootropic-class ingredient at a functional dose: NAD+ precursors, functional mushrooms, adaptogens, or sirtuin-activating polyphenols. If we can't justify the dose, it doesn't go on the menu.

What exactly is NAD+ and why does it matter?

+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide is a coenzyme every cell uses to produce energy and run DNA-repair enzymes. Levels fall roughly 50% between 40 and 60. Precursors like nicotinamide riboside and NMN raise NAD+ measurably and are one of the most-studied longevity levers in the current literature.

What is 'biological age' and how is it different from my birthday age?

+

Chronological age is time. Biological age is condition. Epigenetic clocks — Horvath, GrimAge, PhenoAge — read DNA-methylation patterns to estimate how quickly your cells are actually ageing. The gap between the two numbers is the score longevity work aims to close.

Do I need the Realign membership to eat from the nootropic menu?

+

No. The menu is open to every guest and every visit. Realign is for members who want the measurement layer — DNA, epigenetic age, clinician oversight — around the nutrition.

How often is the panel repeated?

+

The Realign membership includes one baseline and one 6-month re-test. Additional re-tests are available as add-ons for members who want annual tracking.

Is this a substitute for medical care?

+

No. Nootropics, epigenetic panels and personalised nutrition are lifestyle and preventative tools. If you have a diagnosed condition or take prescription medication, we coordinate with your GP or specialist before any protocol change.

Safety & scope

Our nootropic menu, biological age panels and personalised nutrition are lifestyle and preventative tools, not medical treatment. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication, or have a diagnosed condition, tell us at booking — we coordinate with your GP or specialist before any protocol change. Individual results vary; longevity work is a long game.
