Lymphatic support · Tottenham Hale, N17

Lymphatic drainage near you — measured, not estimated.

Puffy ankles, heavy legs, that swollen feeling after a flight or a hard week. Our lymphatic sessions use four-chamber sequential compression at calibrated pressure, paired with PEMF, in a private recovery zone in North London. Same protocol, same numbers, every visit.

How we do it

Calibrated pressure, full coverage.

01

Tottenham Hale, seven days

Unit 22, Millmead Industrial Estate, N17 9QU — walkable from Tottenham Hale station, quick from Walthamstow, Hackney, Enfield and Islington, free parking on site, sessions from 6am to 11pm.

02

Sequential, distal-to-proximal

Four-chamber Pulsio compression inflates foot-to-hip and hand-to-shoulder, mirroring the direction of lymphatic and venous return — the same peristaltic pattern a skilled manual therapist works to reproduce, held for a full session without fatigue.

03

30–45 minutes at consistent output

Calibrated 20–200 mmHg per zone, identical protocol every visit. Hands tire and pressure drifts; a pump doesn't — which is why results repeat rather than depending on who's on shift.

04

Paired with PEMF, not sold alone

Compression moves fluid; PEMF mat and chair sessions support the cellular recovery underneath it. Most guests book them back-to-back and leave lighter through the legs and calmer in the nervous system.

What it helps with

Who books this, and why.

01

Puffiness and fluid retention

Ankles, calves and hands that feel tight by evening, long-haul flights, hot weather, hormonal fluid shifts and long desk-bound days.

02

Heavy legs after training

Sequential compression clears the by-products of hard sessions, so DOMS shortens and the next session isn't run on flat legs.

03

Post-procedure and post-travel recovery

Where a clinician has cleared you for compression, sessions support circulation and comfort during recovery windows.

04

Sleep and nervous-system down-regulation

Twenty minutes horizontal under rhythmic pressure tips you toward rest-and-digest — guests often report the sleep before they report the legs.

Lymphatic compression sessions are wellbeing support, not medical treatment for lymphoedema or any diagnosed condition. If you are under clinical care, bring your clinician's guidance and we'll work within it.

Lymphatic drainage · FAQ

Myth-busting FAQ.

Is this a manual lymphatic drainage massage?

+

No — it's machine-assisted lymphatic support using sequential pneumatic compression, plus PEMF. Instead of a therapist's hands, four calibrated chambers apply a measured pressure wave in the direction of lymphatic return, across both legs or both arms at once, for the whole session.

How does it compare to hands-on lymphatic massage?

+

Manual work is skilled and sensitive, but pressure is estimated and coverage is limited to what one pair of hands can reach before tiring. Compression is calibrated, simultaneous across all four chambers, and identical every visit. We've written a full comparison if you want the detail.

How many sessions will I need?

+

For general puffiness and recovery, one session brings noticeable relief and most guests settle into weekly or fortnightly visits. For a specific goal — a training block, an event, a recovery window — we'd usually suggest two a week for three to four weeks, then re-assess.

Who shouldn't use compression therapy?

+

Compression isn't suitable if you have DVT or suspected blood clots, acute infection or cellulitis in the limb, severe heart failure, or an unhealed fracture in the area. If you're pregnant or under active treatment for anything circulatory, get your clinician's clearance first and we'll work with it.

What does it feel like?

+

A firm, rolling squeeze that builds and releases in waves — most people describe it as pleasantly heavy rather than painful. Pressure is dialled to your comfort and can be adjusted mid-session at any point.

How much is a session and can I use a membership?

+

Compression sessions can be booked individually through our schedule, and they're included in the credit allowance on the Recover, Rejuvenate and Realign memberships. Eligible Wellhub (Gympass) members can also access recovery sessions here.
